Freedom for Business is available to CA, DC, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA (not all exchange
areas), RI and VA business customers only. All services must be billed to same Verizon
business telephone number. You must select and retain Verizon as your local and
regional toll provider and/or Verizon Enterprise Solutions as your long distance
service provider. Package charges vary by state. Price subject to change. Early
termination charges apply. One-year term automatically renewed for an additional
year with a sixty (60) day grace period. You may cancel new term agreement without
penalty during grace period. Only available to customers with up to 25 voice grade
or voice grade equivalent lines at time of service initiation and only available
on up to 10 lines per customer. Universal Service Fee, taxes and other charges apply.

be billed at standard rate. $29.99 DSL package not included in qualifying plans;

Online. Acceptance of Verizon Online Terms of Service required. One-time $30 setup
fee, equipment charges and early cancellation fee may apply. Additional surcharges,
